Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused and with any original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

UK statutory cancellation rights: For online purchases, you generally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
